Fabrizio Bianconi, propriétaire à Gustavia du restaurant L’Isola n’en n’est pas à son coup d’essai.
Il est également l’un des associés de « Via Veneto », un restaurant italien de Santa Monica en Californie considéré depuis dix ans par la presse spécialisée comme l’un des meilleurs restaurants de Los Angeles.
Il a appliqué le même concept à L’Isola : cuisiner avec passion en utilisant les meilleurs ingrédients commandés en Italie pour offrir une délicieuse et authentique cuisine italienne à St-Barth.

Some of the best food I have ever eaten anywhere, and I have been everywhere! Really the only place to eat dinner on the island so book EARLY in advance. They will take good care of you- Fabrizio and his team spare no effort in making your evening special, even if you go every night! Grazie Mille
