The opening of this new place, dedicated to wine in St Barthélémy, will convey our passion. It promises to make wines from many countries more accessible and demystify the world of wine.

I am convinced of the fundamental right to pleasure for all of us.

The new concept, opening in October 2011, centers around a modern wine bar with a wide selection of champagnes, organic wines, ciders, wines of many countries including Grand Cru and fortified wines. The location will also include a gourmet delicatessen and a wine school.

Our unique style sets us apart by offering wines direct from growers and wines from biodynamic agriculture, while still highlighting the great Classified Grand Crus.

Our team of wine stewards works with the goal of promoting independent wine growers who respect the soil while protecting the environment.
