The chef

Born into a family of chefs, a tradition passed from father to son, Christophe has been passionate about food and flavors since childhood. He decided to turn this childhood love into an art, and is delighted to take you on a culinary trip to discover his cuisine: authentic, refined, and light, using only fresh and seasonal produce, and always preserving the specific flavor of each ingredient. In his travels through France, from Paris to The Riviera, he gathered innovative and cutting-edge techniques, as well as a taste for perfection.

Then, inspired by his passion for taste and his inquisitive nature, he moved to England and expanded his horizons to embrace international cuisine. Finally, he landed in St Barth, where he met his right arm in the kitchen, Noemie, with whom he shares his art and taste for perfection. Together, they have worked for the best establishments on the island, where they exhibited the full extent of their talent, giving a modern twist to the classics they keep close to their hearts.

Team and services

Christophe and Noemie have recruited the most seasoned and qualified staff on the island, trained in the finest establishments. They will take care of your breakfast, brunch, cocktail party, or dinner, whether formal or informal. A highly qualified sommelier and a mixologist are also available should you wish to add the finishing touch to your sensory escape: exceptional or unusual wines, classic or creative cocktails.
