Overlooking the Bay of Flamands, La Langouste restaurant offers a varied menu mixing Creole and French cuisine, from Dover sole to raw fish and ceviche as well as fresh local tuna, mahi-mahi, and colas. Those who prefer meat can enjoy lamb osso bucco, chicken brochettes, beef filet, or veal chops.
The house specialty is fresh lobster, selected direct from the tank, grilled and served with three special sauces created by chef Michel.
