Le Restaurant des Pêcheurs serves fresh seafood in an elegant yet relaxed environment. The emphasis is on freshness; this is the place for fresh fish in St. Barth.

Local fishermen arrive at Le Sereno in their boats to deliver their daily catch, which is complemented by the best fish and meats flown in directly from France. In addition, we usually have larger whole fish that can be shared by the whole table.

Our Chef takes the fresh ingredients and with a minimum of manipulation transforms them into simple and savory dishes. The fish is ”prepared as you like it”, whole or filleted, grilled, seared or our famous whole fish “en croûte de sel” (whole fish baked in a sea-salt crust).

Le Sereno serves, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. We also offer a Beach and Pool menu (the Menu Plage), served continuously from noon until dark. The Menu Plage, includes steaks, salads, brochettes, sandwiches, burgers, desserts and other dishes that you can eat poolside, on the beach or in the dining room.

Before the meal or at any time during the day, you can have a drink and relax at the Lounge and Martini Bar at Le Sereno. The Lounge is next to the restaurant and also overlooks the bay.

A special mention for our authentic Bouillabaisse “à l’ancienne” every Friday and L’Aïoli Every Wednesday.
