Our young chef, Lucas Leonardi, is open to world cuisine, continually seeking new flavors. He pulls his inspiration from his native Brazil, with a South American accent, as well as from Asia where he experienced simple dishes rich in flavors and spices.

At the Christopher Hotel, he shares his culinary voyages on a varied menu accented with local ingredients. His superb cuisine is executed lovingly for his clients.

At Mango, lunch is served with feet in the sand just a few steps from the beautiful swimming pool (the largest on the island). Here the chef creates an innovative mix of Caribbean products, such as delicious freshly caught fish, simply grilled or served as ceviche.
