In an airy setting on the hillside in Colombier, chef Frédéric Debotte and his staff invite you to share their traditional French cuisine with international accents. We just love this place. Best escargot in the world. Chef Fred and his wife Valerie, along with Jerome make you feel like long lost friends. We eat the several times while we are there. Always awesome.
