Origin

The head chef Petros Panagiopoulos developed a passion for cooking at a young age. During his youth, Petros worked for 9 years at “SOFI” his Family’s Athens restaurant.

His journey continued with a position under the Famous Restaurator Mr Ivan Ottaviai at his Mykonos restaurant “ SOL Y SOMBRA”, and at the award winning Athens restaurant “SAL I PEPPER”
