La Langouste St Barts

Facing the bay of Flamands and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, La Langouste features a varied menu of Créole and French cuisine: local fresh fish—mahi-mahi, cola, tuna— as well as Dover sole, and plates of raw fish prepared as tartar or tataki.

Meat lovers will enjoy the dishes made from lamb, rabbit, beef, and veal.

The specialty of the house is fresh lobster selected from the tank, grilled, and served with three sauces prepared by Michel, the chef.
