
Chef Jean-Claude Dufour and his wife Sonia have opened a new restaurant in Saline, where the varied menu offers sophisticated cuisine accented with flavors from around the world. Originally from the Southwest region of France, this talented chef combines a selection of the highest quality fresh ingredients with a command of the best culinary techniques. While based in Saint Barth for the past 14 years, his travels and gastronomic experiences have inspired him to open his own restaurant where he can share his exceptional recipes.
