At the entrance to Saline Beach, Eddy, your Guadaloupean Chef is there to welcome you to taste his savory Creole Cuisine for Lunch or dinner.

The lunch menu is varied enought to suite all tastes.

Fusion food with hints of French, Asian and Caribbean cuisine.

For dinner, there are Caribbean specialties: fricassee of conch, squash stuffed with cod or giant shrimp roasted in beer sauce.

For dessert a coconut and mango Blancmange with tourment D’Amour, a local coconut pastry.

Ça y est, j'ai mangé de la chèvre de St Barth :))) Excellent ragoût, service parfait (merci Margaux) ! Niveau ambiance, le reggae fatigue un peu, j'aurais bien aimé de la musique créole pourquoi pas, comme sur radio St Barth pendant le trajet retour :) Situé juste avant le parking de la plage de Saline, il faut avoir envie d'y aller la nuit et cela vaut le détour :) Je recommande + PS : le set de table n'est pas très agréable au contact :(
