Restaurant St Barths :
A comfortable, cozy brasserie ambiance defines the new waterfront spot in the heart of Gustavia run by Hervé (former owner of the Rivage restaurant) and his staff. With the lineup of yachts right across the harbor, this is the perfect place for regulars as well as visitors to enjoy pre-dinner drinks while snacking on a plate of tapas, blood sausage, or a platter of charcuterie.
In addition to the daily dinner specials, the menu comprises classics from the Rivage such as the popular pasta with shrimp and lobster, grilled calamari, pequillo peppers with chopped parsley and garlic, flank steak with shallots, or beef tartar. This little bistro with its contemporary decor is a winner, where traditional French cuisine is accented with a taste of the West Indies. Don’t skip the great desserts, from fresh strawberries with whipped cream, tarte tatin, mousse de fromage blanc and berries to chocolate mousse or ice cream and sorbet made in St Barths.
