Meat lovers will be thrilled by the new restaurant concept conceived by JC, the former chef from l’Esprit Saline and his wife Estelle. Try some of the choicest cuts on the island, from filet of beef and Porterhouse steaks to veal chops, rack of lamb, and homemade foie gras.
Vegetarians can enjoy numerous styles of potatoes as well as a multitude of grilled vegetables. For those who prefer fish, the menu includes tuna carpaccio, and brochettes of shrimp and mahi-mahi.

Le mahi-mahi en brochettes et le poulet en brochettes sont excellents. M&P pour nous a été la meilleure experience gastronomique pendant notre visite a St. Barth.

Excellente cuisine! sur Saint Barth, il n'y a pas mieux pou une bonne viande. Rien à dire le service est lui aussi excellent.
