Try some of the choicest cuts on the island, from filet of beef and Porterhouse steaks to veal chops, rack of lamb, and homemade foie gras. Vegetarians can enjoy numerous styles of potatoes as well as a multitude of grilled vegetables. For those who prefer fish, the menu includes tuna carpaccio, and brochettes of shrimp and mahi-mahi.
