Overlooking the bay of Toiny, Le Gaïac restaurant has exceptional views of the St Barth coastline and the Caribbean Sea. Chef Stéphane Mazières, Grand Chef Relais and Châteaux, is known for his innovative French cuisine accented with local flavors for a unique culinary experience.

The Fish Market on Tuesday and the popular Sunday brunch (11am or 11.30am and 1pm or 1.30pm) are memorable experiences to be savored in the warm, sophisticated ambiance of the hotel.

Situated on a hillside, on the southeastern point of Saint Barth, along the wild, undeveloped coastline in Toiny, the most peaceful, protected area of the island.

Calme et sincérité, un moment unique à SBH, dans un cadre unique, un personnel à l'écoute tant au niveau salle (rythmé par le sourire, l'attention et la perfection ...), qu'au niveau cuisine, par la richesse de l'on peut déguster, un endroit incontournable quand vous venez que cela soit pour un dîner ou pour un "Brunch", une merveille de la gastronomie ... Merci à toute la richesse de cette équipe ... Qui nous transporte pour qu'un simple moment devienne richesse et merveille ...
