An intimate tropical garden sets the scene for the romantic ambiance at Bartoloméo, where you can savor innovative cuisine with Italian and Provencal accents.
Italian chef Nicola de Marchi and executive chef Philippe Masseglia have created a refined menu that ranges from filets of sea bass with julienned vegetables, or shrimp brochettes with fennel puree, to rounds of veal with roasted green asparagus, or filet of beef with sautéed mushrooms and glazed garlic.
