Fabrizio Bianconi, owner of L’Isola, an Italian restaurant in St Barth, is not a newcomer to the business.

He is also one of the partners at Via Veneto, an Italian restaurant in Santa Monica, California, which has been acclaimed in the press as of one the best restaurants in Los Angeles for the past 10 years.

The same concept was applied at L’Isola: cooking with a passion and using only the best ingredients imported from Italy to provide a delicious and authentic Italian cuisine in St Barth.

Some of the best food I have ever eaten anywhere, and I have been everywhere! Really the only place to eat dinner on the island so book EARLY in advance. They will take good care of you- Fabrizio and his team spare no effort in making your evening special, even if you go every night! Grazie Mille
