B4 St Barts

Patou, formerly of Caviar Island, and her partner Nino have taken over Le Sapotillier and transformed it into B4, the hip new bar/lounge/restaurant right in the heart of Gustavia. In a convivial and elegant ambiance, tourists and locals gather as of 6pm for combination plates of tapas and cocktails in the redecorated interior garden, before enjoying dinner in the air-conditioned dining room where the walls of local stone have been preserved.

The original West Indian house has become a private salon, also a comfortably air-conditioned space that can be reserved for special occasions, from a cocktail party to a birthday...

The menu at B4 features a variety of traditional French cuisine to satisfy all tastes, a selection of tapas, and Savoyard specialties. New for their second year of operation: the Pizza Corner, comprising a list of various pizzas to eat at B4 or takeout, with quick delivery right at the door of B4, you don’t even need to get out of your car at the Pizza Drive In at B4!

With reasonable prices and plus the ambiance of a jazz bar with a piano available for musicians and guests who might want to tickle the ivories. It all adds up to create one of the hottest St Barth restaurants of the season.
